Ingredients
- 16 ounces spaghetti noodles
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 medium purple onion, finely diced
- 2 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1 large cucumber, diced
- 1 bottle (16 ounces) Italian dressing
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process and cool the noodles completely.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled spaghetti, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, and cucumber.
- Pour the Italian dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend.
- Toss again before serving and enjoy!
Storage
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If the pasta absorbs some of the dressing, simply add a little more Italian dressing and toss before serving.
