Dry Mix Ingredients

To Make Pancakes

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add 2 cups of pancake mix and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; a few lumps are perfectly fine.
  3. Let the batter rest for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Heat a lightly greased griddle or skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter onto the hot surface for each pancake.

  7. Flip and cook for an additional 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown.
